Deanna Fay of PM Company named Customer Service Rep of 2002 by The Highlands Group

At their recent Awards Banquet, Deanna Fay was selected as customer service rep of the year by the sales force of The Highlands Group. This award, thought to be unique in the industry, is presented to the customer service person that has proven to be the most helpful and cooperative in supporting the efforts of the field sales force. This is the third time that Deanna has won the award “which proves that consistent quality pays off for all”. “She represents what we all want in all of our customer support people. It was a close decision but Deanna proved again the special relationship we all have with her and PM Company”, said Rick Morgan, Executive VP of THG South.
