Holden Named 2003 Rep of the Year!

3/1/2005 At a recent meeting of The Highlands Group, it was announced by Bob O’Gara, company president, this year’s recipient of The Highlands Group South Rep of the Year for 2003 is John Holden. Please join us in congratulating John on his achievement. This is the highest honor that we bestow on an individual within our company. Picking an individual from our team of high performers is always a challenge. We have identified 6 key areas that we evaluate during the selection process: Sales Performance, Vendor Relationships, Customer Relationships, Teaming, Communication Skills, and Technology Skills. John set himself ahead of the group by achieving high scores in all 6 categories. Additionally, John’s team spirit, and work ethic demonstrate those values we hold most high at The Highlands Group.
